Are you a Business Development Manager or Account Manager looking for a varied and autonomous role, where you will play a pivotal role, responsible for spearheading the continued expansion of this fast growing company who offer a range of competitive benefits including a bonus, progression and great on target earning opportunities?

The company is a developing fast paced business in all things haulage and logistics. Since the end of the pandemic they have seen exponential growth and are now looking for a new person to join their tight-knit team. Due to the rapid-growing nature of the business there is the opportunity for a great package for the right individual.

In this position you will maximise the effectiveness of new and existing accounts by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. The role will be mostly developing new business but there will be some account management maintaining previous client relationships.

This position would suit someone from a sales, Business Development or account management background who has confident phone, face to face and B2B sales skills. A great package is up for offer alongside progression and development of skillset while also offering Hybrid working.

THE ROLE:
* Identify opportunities, produce leads and manage existing accounts
* Work closely with the marketing team and other teams
* Develop creative pitches and deliver them to clients
* Maintain and source Business

THE PERSON:
* Business development or account management background
* Ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
* Able to work autonomously and commutable to Newark
