As our first dedicated Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our 2024 growth strategy! Naturally, your main goal will be to build relationships with clients across a range of industries from Manufacturing and Engineering to Professional Services and Retail. However, you'll also be asked to develop our existing key accounts by exploring opportunities to enhance service levels or market our own product line.
This is very much a Business Development role so you'll need enjoy being front and centre with our customers. You'll work closely with our marketing function and whilst we have a defined sales process, we like personality! Meaning you'll want to put your own stamp on things and make the role your own to maximise your impact.
What will you be doing?
- Building your own prospect list.
- Devising appropriate lead generation and Business Development strategies.
- Identifying opportunities.
- Representing us at a range of different events.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- Building relationships with potential clients.
- Managing Business Development activities in our CRM.

- Comfortable in a Business Development capacity.
- The ability to build relationships.
- To be Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Availability to work with flexibility.
