Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Organizing meetings for Director

- Construction market monitoring

- Research and establish initial contact with potential clients

- Develop long and short-term integrated marketing

- Assists in the development and execution of marketing plans

- Represent the Company in appropriate community

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree is required

- Fluent English

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong written, oral and telephone communication skills.

- Minumum 5 years’ experience in Development and /or Project Management

Pay: £48,000.00 per year
