Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Implement strategies to improve market presence and competitiveness
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients
- Provide leadership in Business Development initiatives
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
The Successful Applicant
The successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales within the Office Furniture, or similar industries.
- Strong negotiation and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A deep understanding of retail market dynamics and customer needs
