Business Development Manager - Remote - Residential care homes

Nonstop care is currently working with a private care agency who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

They are a leading provider of homecare services for individuals with complex healthcare needs. That are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and making our service users lives the best they can be.
This role is a remote role, allowing you to have a great work/life balance and spend less time and money on the road.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, with a focus on ICB (Independent Care Brokerage) and Case Management companies.
* Collaborate with the operations & recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the complex healthcare needs of our service users.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

They are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven track record in Business Development, preferably in the healthcare sector is essential.
* Experience working with ICB's and/or case managers.
* Strong understanding of the homecare industry and the complex healthcare needs of service users.
