You will receive a salary of £60,000 plus commission (uncapped) plus car allowance and company benefits.
As the Business Development Manager you will:
- Focus on new business acquisition, strategy development, target and incentive setting, recruitment and of course being at the sharp end of new client development and acquisition through product demonstrations, event attendance, sales presentations, and prospecting.
- Be supported by a robust and professional marketing team.
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager with:
- A successful history of B2B Sales / Business Development in both the private and public sectors across the UK.
- Experience of selling people related services or people diagnostic tools or software to senior level decision makers or supply chain professionals.
- Resilience with a drive to develop new business opportunities.
