Are you an experienced Sales and Business Development professional, used to working independently in a Field Sales role, within the property development, construction or building sector? If you have sold products or services to the INSTALLER network, then we have a great role for you! You will have the advantage of a supportive office network who can feed you with top drawer leads from Installers within your large geographic area covering SOUTH (CENTRAL) ENGLAND.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively sell a range of heating products and add on services (including installer training packages) to the Installer Network within the property development and construction industry in the North West of England.
- Co-ordinate with the internal sales team to identify, qualify and target potential installer prospects throughout the Southern and Central South region.
- Provide a first-class service to enquiries generated through marketing activity and selected cold-call prospects to ensure all potential prospects are familiar with the product offering.
- Record all appropriate project detail in our CRM system.
- Have a good understanding of your territory, plan your journeys to maximise your number of quality contacts per day and thus the return on investment
- Maintain a good understanding of what our competitors are doing to engage installers, ensuring we offer an attractive package of support.
- Field sales experience, ideally within the renewables / heating sector, but most certainly selling to installers within the property development, construction or building sector.
- Well-developed interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills within an installer network.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Company Car, mobile and laptop
Basic salary of £42k- £46k per annum DOE + 5k OTE (protected for probation & uncapped)
Up to 3% matched pension contributions
23 days holiday (rising to 28 with tenure) plus bank holidays
