We are delighted to be working with this Saffron Walden based company. They are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a new role within an impactful and rewarding business.
Typical duties include:
- Generate new business and build upon existing relationships with clients
- creating effective multichannel sales strategies
- Meeting KPIs and targets
- Going to events and conferences regularly across the U.K
- Reporting and forecasting BD activities
- Building lasting relationships through a consultative approach
About you:
- Experience within Business Development roles
- Previous experience selling services
- A strong desire to make a difference
- A bubbly personality and empathetic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter, who is forward thinking, looking to drive growth
- Excellent organisation and negotiation skills
- The ability to work within a team and independently
