Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization, and you will play a crucial part in our overall business strategy.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
