Due to growth my client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager on a full-time permanent basis based at their Altrincham office.
Benefits:
- Salary £30,000 plus uncapped commission (Expected OTE £60,000)

The role:
- Development of existing accounts as well as new clients.
- Identify and contact key stakeholders to arrange introductory Teams meetings followed by onsite visits.
- Sell products and services effectively (training will be given).
- Work closely with other Business Development Managers to share learnings and develop business.
- Work closely with the in-house resourcing team who will be responsible for finding candidates for all projects.
- Manage team of associates, carrying out regular reviews both on site and over the phone
- Attend events and conferences throughout the UK.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales role – new business or telesales / lead generation.
- Ideally possess experience of working in a product or services environment.
- Experience of working within an IT/Digital environment advantageous, however not essential.
- Self-motivated, ability to manage own workload and multitask.
- Comfortable working in a busy sales environment.
