Business Development Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a specialist in inventory solutions that is bringing a unique new technology product to market. This is a home based - autonomous position selling into automotive industrial and manufacturing sectors across the UK offering a basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000 with an OTE of £77,000 - £82,000 plus Electric Company car VW SUV, pension, and a healthcare plan.

They provide a range of solutions including stock-taking, market research, data analysis, supply chain, logistics and storage. They are seeking someone to lead their efforts in the Industrial sector whilst putting their stamp on the brand-new product being launched in 2024.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in driving the company growth in new and innovative inventory-based solutions into new market sectors.
• Identify target customers and verticals within the automotive industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Develop propositions and contact strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.
• Utilise the company CRM system to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed targets through your leadership and expertise.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with:

• Proven experience of building a sales funnel with key account customers engaging multiple stakeholders
• Track record of success across the entire sales process, from planning to closing deals.
• Able to lead by example and coordinate the relevant support functions effectively meet goals.
• Ability to analyse market trends and behaviours, developing strategies to boost sales in new markets.
