Business Development Marketing Manager

Our business is multi-faceted, we run restaurants, cafés and bars while delivering a vast range of events from film premieres to boardroom lunches. We brew beer, we blend gin, we create teas, we have a multi award-winning wine programme, we visit farms, we research and write menus in response to Tate’s diverse programme, and we collaborate with artists and curators.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Business Development Marketing Manager to join our team at Tate Modern.

Our ideal candidate has experience in event or catering marketing. They will have knowledge of both the private and corporate events industry. They will understand patterns of business across the year and how to target these markets, with effective and imaginative campaigns. With excellent sales and Business Development skills, and most importantly be passionate about events, food & beverage, people, teamwork, arts and culture. This individual has a real drive for securing new business, pursuing Business Development opportunities and is an effective communicator, a relationship builder and someone who is comfortable and confident in their ability to overcome anything that is thrown their way.
