Business Development Manager (BDM) - consumer, e-commerce, courier or International Logistics

Our Logistics client based in West London is seeking a dynamic and commercially aware Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop new strategic opportunities in ecommerce parcel and cross-border logistics with a particular focus across Worldwide countries.

As Business Development Manager (BDM), you will help developing brand new relationships with new prospects and turning raw concepts into compelling business opportunities.

Must have a good understanding of consumer, e-commerce, couier or Logistics

Other duties will include:

· Assisting Head Office with social media initiatives to promote best practices.

· Developing brand new relationships/pipeline with prospects and turning raw concepts into compelling business opportunities.

· Maintaining strong and strategic relationships with customers beyond implementation.

· Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with new and existing customers

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must with a background in consumer, e-commerce or Logistics.

Skills and experience needed

· Working as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the consumer, courier, e-commerce or logistics sector

· Strong experience of upselling

· Be proactive

This role is based in West London and paying a salary of up to £55,000 (DoE) + commission.
