Job Description for Business Development Team Manager:
Our client is a social enterprise who sell Consultancy along with a technology platform into HR Departments within corporates. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful organisation.
The focus of the role is to bring on board new corporate clients and generate revenue. The role includes managing the New Business Team of three people and supporting them to achieve target.
Post Covid the role will include visiting prospective clients, mostly in the London area.
The role is working from home with one day per fortnight in the office. Candidates should live within an easy commute of the London office.
Experience & Skills for this role:
- Candidates must have new business sales experience selling a complex Consultancy to HR departments of corporates.
- Experience of managing a new business sales team whilst achieving your own sale quota
- Experience of selling a technology into HR Departments is an added advantage
- Proven record of hitting target must be evident.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
