As Director of Sixth Form, you will be supported by a Head of Year 12, the Vice Principal as your line manager and Admin support on top. You will be focused on leading achievement, really bringing the students together, supporting uni applications, managing the Sixth Form year group tutors and supporting the development of independent study.

In terms of teaching, there is real flexibility to only teach KS5 Business & Economics. Purely KS5 teaching is encouraged, however KS4 could also be available if you're particularly keen. The Headteacher is flexible and happy to work around the candidate.
