As an experienced office administrator/manager, you can demonstrate previous roles that involved you leading on general and financial administration. In addition, you’ll embrace the occasional marketing and social media activities. You will have excellent attention to detail and will be happy working with established processes and procedures and be able to contribute ideas for improvements to systems and processes.
You’ll be swift to integrate into the business and be an independent self-starter to manage yourself without direct line manager presence. Working at home most of the time, the role then requires support at events, so you’ll be flexible and prepared to travel every 4-6 weeks within Lancashire and work outside of normal office hours to attend meetings and events (weekdays only).
There will be scope for increasing the hours and developing marketing and events management skills in the future for the right person.
