Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for a Business Improvement Manager.
The Business Improvement Manager will work closely with the Onshore and Offshore businesses to support a programme of change management and process improvement acrosss all stakeholder business. The Business Improvement manager will liaise with stakeholders, supply chain and third-party insight/forum organisations on a regular basis, to ensure that the status of plans remain current and reflective market conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working with our client’s Relationship Management Team, The Business Process Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with Internal stakeholders
• Ensure that essential support is provided as and when required and ensure pre change management process are in place
• Management of market drivers and cost components
• Forecasts on future regulatory requirments/ Internal process and capacity/availability.
• Developing, Drive, Influence and recommending strategies across the Business.
• Understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance risks within the change mangemenent process and potential mitigation actions are also key to the role.
About the Candidate
Demonstrated ability to lead the successful delivery and execution of a complex process improvement
Proven track record in cradle-to-grave process management and executing associated complex activities.
Broad knowledge of contracts with ability to draft special terms, including dispute procedures and specific in-depth knowledge of at least one form of contract.
Understanding of relevant statutory and legal provisions.
Knowledge of change management/ process improvement
