Additionally, we establish partnerships with local organizations, offering funding to drive essential programs, delivered through our subsidiary organization, Impact on Urban Health.

 

We are delighted to be bringing to market this new Business Analyst 12 months fixed term contract opportunity. You will be joining and Systems team, working under the direction of our Lead Business Analyst.

 

About the role:

 

You will be joining at an exciting time as they develop best-in-class ways of working. The team is committed to agile principles and is successfully delivering against a bold and ambitious roadmap. They are also intrinsically enterprising, collaborative, delivery-minded, and have massive ambition to support our business workflow using some of the most sophisticated systems of any organisation in our sector. As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for a variety of areas including recommending improvements to ways of working, analysis of current processes and new process design, project delivery using agile methodology, testing and quality assurance, just to name a few.

 

This job is ideally suited to an individual who has had holistic exposure to business analysis as you will be working across the foundation and its subsidiaries. You will be adept at working as a partner to the business and enjoy learning and adapting as required.

 

About you:

  • Business analysis, process design and documentation experience.
  • Experience of running requirement gathering workshops.
  • Cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience in delivering transformative projects.
  • Great planning and organisational skills - able to work to multiple prioritised tasks, targets, and deadlines.
  • Self-starter - adaptable, proactive, works with integrity, and exhibits our enterprising, collaborative, and delivery-minded cultural and behavioural values.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to liaise with both internal and external teams confidently and effectively.
  • Logical and methodical - able to plan and document complex workflows and processes that can accommodate all possible outcomes.
  • Imaginative and innovative – able to look at problems from different angles and develop alternative solutions.
  • Collaborative – contributes to collective effort and gives time and attention to people and ideas.
  • Delivery minded – is accountable for results and willing to get stuck in and work at pace.
