Prospectus are proud to be working with the Jacobs Futura Foundation, a newly established philanthropic foundation aiming for lasting impact.
The Programme Analyst is a new role within this growing organisation. This is a key role working within programme areas as well as in JFF supporting functions.
Two initial focus areas for the foundation are to protect the world’s tropical rainforests for the lasting benefit of the local communities and nature that depend on them; and to provide young athletes with educational and other support so they can achieve their full potential after their sporting career. The Programme Analyst is required to stay up to date on these topics, conducting research, developing briefings and reports with a focus on summarising and considering the audience of reports. This information is used to support the identification and assessment of potential grantees as well as for a base for further requests for information and due diligence activity.
The successful candidate will be an expert communicator, both written and verbal, and able to mix their research capability with condensing and summarising large amounts of data for use by different audiences. Past experience of research and report writing will be crucial. As this is a growing organisation and very much in its development, the ideal candidate will also be happy to be a self starter, able to manage some ambiguity, and hold a drive to develop this role.
This role enables a step into the exciting space of grant making, and with a focussed and impactful organisation. To discuss this role further, in the first instance please apply with your CV only. Strong candidates will be contacted for a more in-depth conversation and the full job description.
