We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to become a key player in our energetic team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Craft insightful reports and dashboards with BI tools like Power BI, influencing key strategic decisions.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Apply SQL expertise for complex data modelling and analysis, converting raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Agile Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver data solutions that meet their needs, working within an Agile framework to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Quality Assurance: Lead efforts to ensure data integrity, providing a solid foundation for dependable analytics.
• Project Leadership: Manage BI projects from inception to delivery, leveraging Azure DevOps for project tracking, collaboration, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge Sharing: Be a go-to resource for BI tools and data analysis techniques, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to analytics and Business Intelligence processes, contributing to the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or related fields, with a strong track record in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL, demonstrating advanced technical skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps, highlighting a flexible and collaborative approach to project management.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a systematic approach to problem-solving.

Desired:

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for comprehensive data analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to lead projects, facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
