Are you ready to dive into the world of data with Compare the Market? We're seeking a talented Business Intelligence Manager to lead our reporting revolution. Your mission? To provide top-notch BI reporting for our Plan, Journey, Commercial, Marketing, Partner, and Finance teams. You'll be the architect of exceptional experiences for both our customers and the business.

This can be based out of our Peterborough or London offices.

· Craft insightful business reports to fuel decision-making and planning.

· Optimise datasets for seamless self-service across Compare the Market.

· Translate business strategies into clear, actionable user stories.

· Maximise impact through visualisation and compelling storytelling.

· Establish a centralised truth for key KPIs and metrics.

· Make effective trade-off decisions to drive value.

· Mentor and nurture a high-performing team to deliver on objectives.

What we’d like to see from you:

· Expert in Power BI.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics.

· Agile Practices aficionado.

· Experience in delivering large projects.

· Proficient in SQL coding and data modeling.

· Warehouse wizardry.

· Comfortable with large datasets.

· Line management experience.

Salary: £42,294.33-£78,321.19 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
