AWE is currently looking for a Business Management Senior Specialist to provide subject matter expertise across a Tech Centre’s planning, cost and analytical services.
Location - Aldermaston
Package - Up to 55k dependant on skills and experience plus allowances

Key Accountabilities:
- Implement appropriate procedures, processes, and systems to ensure the quality and consistency of data
- For developing and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships
- Supporting the production of business plans, performance management baselines (PMB), forecasts, project close and ad-hoc options / scenarios as required
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Production and maintenance of plans, budgets and forecasts in line with the agreed Business Rhythm
- Reviewing actuals and analysis of variance in line with the agreed Business Rhythm
- Maintaining and developing stakeholder relationships
- Develop and manage standard reporting formats and metrics for the Tech Centre
- Support to, running of and reporting into various internal meetings within the Tech Centre.
- Close liaison with other members of the Ops Control team (e.g., Workforce manager, planners, finance team) to ensure forecasts are realistic and reflect current capacity and capability within the Tech Centre

- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs
This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
