My client is currently looking for a highly organised and motivated Business Manager to join their dynamic team on the outskirts of Chippenham, therefore having your own transport is essential!
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, directing calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide exceptional support to Directors and Consultants by managing diaries, printing documents, proofreading, and handling account queries.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, placing ads, screening CVs, and managing interviews.
- Assist with onboarding recruits, processing leavers, and managing staff inductions and annual reviews.
- Assist with organising meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing suppliers for equipment, stationery, and clothing.
- Design and print promotional materials, manage advertising campaigns, and support health and safety initiatives.
Person specification:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
