Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: (44 hours on a rota basis) Monday - Friday 9-6 with an hour lunch and 1 day off during the week, Sat 9-5 and Sunday 11-4 on rota

Salary: £55,000 OTE (including £35,000 basic plus bonus)

Business Managers are essential to the success of our dealerships. Your role will be to coach and develop your team, build long-lasting and meaningful relationships, and maintain excellent levels of compliance and commitment to treating customers fairly. As your role will involve driving some impressive cars, you must have a full UK driving licence.
