Role:
As the Business Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to oversee and drive forward confidential projects critical to the company's success. This role is requiring strong strategic thinking, execution, and project management skills, as well as the interpersonal ability to work effectively with teams from around the business. Drawing upon your manufacturing background and understanding, you will implement and streamline processes to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to lead and execute confidential projects related to manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilise your manufacturing expertise to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the business to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of process-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute confidential projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to drive results.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
