Job Title: Business Operations and Business Assurance Officer (12 Month FTC)

About Us: Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Operations and Business Assurance Officer to join their team. This role involves providing technical support, conducting research for improvement areas, managing complaints, and overseeing outsourcing and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for the BOAT Team and support daily operations for the BOAT Management Team.
- Assist in operational tasks, including User Acceptance Testing for system changes.
- Support complaints management, data breach investigations, and reporting.
- Administer BCP policy and conduct regular tests.
- Monitor operational KPIs & SLAs and prepare reports for executive review.
- Validate invoices and aid in regulatory compliance checks.
- Identify procedural shortcomings and propose solutions.
- Oversee quality checks and assist in data analysis for trend identification.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good knowledge of UK Banking procedures and operational processes.
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
- Good communication skills for interaction with staff, management, and suppliers.
- Prior experience in banking operations or assurance roles is advantageous.
