Form of workRobert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Finance Business Partner for a growing business with a UK Head Office based in Leeds. This varied role will expose the successful candidate into developing strong Business Partnerships, driving performance management and performance improvement.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include:
- Oversee and assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and commentary for management submission.
- Perform balance sheet reviews ensuring that reconciliations are accurate, and any issues are dealt with promptly.
- Work closely with the AR/AP teams to understand P&L and balance sheet transactions and improve the month end variance analysis process.
- Support of the Group Finance Team providing information for Tax Audits, ESG reporting etc.
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Newly/recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience of reporting complex financial date to senior internal stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of current accounting practices
Salary & Benefits
In return, the successful Management Accountant will receive the following:
- £50,000 - £55,000 base salary
- 25 days holidays
- Hybrid working patterns from the Leeds office
