Finance Business Partner - Bradford (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £60,000 + Bonus

IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to work wtih a really exciting, unique and rapidly growing company based in Bradford on a permanent basis. There are numerous projects going on within the business and offers great exposure to different service lines across the group. The client offers hybrid working (2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week remote).

The duties of the Finance Business Partner role include:

• Business partnering with non-financial stakeholders
• Conducting financial analysis to provide strategic insight into stakeholders, to ensure decisions are made with as supporting information as possible
• Ensuring reporting is in place and provide insight into KPIs
• Challenging decision making (if needed)
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Delivering month end accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, with commentary

The successful Finance Business Partner will:

• Be newly qualified / 2 years PQE
• Have strong Business Partnering experience
• Have experience of preparing management accounts
