Description
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Coordinate and manage office supplies
- Facilitate internal communication and meetings
- Assist in planning and organising company events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support in managing client relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions
Profile
A successful Business Services Assistant should have:
- A strong educational background with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A client-focused approach, with experience in handling client relationships
