Finance Director. This role is ideal for a finance professional with previous outsourcing experience, who can work proactively and collaborate confidently with others.
Responsibilities of the Business Services Finance Director will include:- Proactively manage tasks while fostering collaboration with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and highlight opportunities for improving service delivery and expanding offerings to clients.
- Lead and oversee international accounting projects across various countries.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects.
- Mentor, develop, and recruit staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.
The successful Business Services Finance Director will:- Be ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Have prior experience of working in practice accounting.
- Have experience in staff management and development.
- Have experience of managing a range of projects and project teams simultaneously.
