- Experience of ISO 9001
- QC and testing experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- To carry out quality assurance auditing, calibration, verification etc. and related quality assurance tasks on a routine basis.
- Develop and maintain QC systems and records.
- Monitor compliance of QMS procedures and instigate immediate corrective action.
- To analyse, identify and resolve quality issues through the non-compliance process.
- Undertake internal audits in accordance with the internal audit plan and quality assurance work schedule.
- Raise non-conformances for any components/products that do not meet specifications in accordance with procedures, log and action non-conformances with suppliers as issues arise.
- Assist with the resolution of quality-related issues, and identify permanent solutions.
- Maintain & create Technical data sheets and check supplier specification conformance
- Support the management team in investigating & responding to customer complaints.
- Attend any training or meetings in line with the job role.
- Liaise with Directors, management, suppliers and customers via telephone and email relating to quality and technical as required.
- Liaising with production & warehouse team regarding AQL Management.
- To develop good working relationships with all departments.
- Any other tasks as required by the Directors or management team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience in quality control department/testing
- Must have previous experience with ISO 9001
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Lighting or electrical
- The ideal candidate will have experience of ISO 14001
