Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join our team on a part-time basis working 12 hours a week.

This is an exciting opportunity, giving you the chance to support day-to-day operations and work on a variety of projects.

No two days are alike and there are lots of opportunities to develop your existing knowledge and skills.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.

As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional team player qualities, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • A background in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction consistently.
  • The capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
