HR & Payroll Services offer a variety of operational services to our customers and the Payroll team sit within this.

Our Payroll and Pensions team collaborate to deliver high quality pay related services to our customers. It is a very fast paced and high energy environment as our deadlines are immoveable.

Whether you are in the pensions, payroll or debt management side of the team, everyone works together to focus on quality results.

To do this role well you will need: (essential criteria)

• Previous Experience within a payroll department, preferably from a high volume administrative role
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software packages, particularly Excel and Word
• A high degree of attention to detail, along with plenty of initiative and a proactive approach
• The ability to work to deadlines and good problem solving skills

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible hybrid working options for a 37hr week (full time) with flexible start and finish times between 8am - 6pm. Most of the team work remotely from home and come into the office once a week and some of us prefer to be in the office more often. We think it is important that you have the option to choose what works best for you.If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham.
