We now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our Group People team at our Support Centre in Swindon.
The main purpose of a Payroll Administrator is to ensure all Group Payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
What you will be doing
- Compiling, preparing, processing and inputting payroll information, to produce timely and accurate payments
- Investigating and responding to all escalated payroll queries and issues
- Looking at ways to develop and improve payroll procedures, processes and systems
What we are looking for
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation and processing is essential
- Basic excel skills would be desirable
- Knowledge of Dayforce would be beneficial
