Form of workNSTR is working with a leading global accountancy firm to appoint a Manager into their Business Services & Outsourcing team due to continuous and fast growth of their client base.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a crucial point of contact for a portfolio of clients in a wide range of industries, delivering statutory accounts, limited assurance reports and advisory services
- Respond quickly to client requirements, maintaining regular contact and forming strong relationships
- Prepare and review statutory accounts (including consolidations and cash flows) under UK GAAP, IFRS and relevant accounting frameworks and reporting standards
- Complete projects within agreed timescales, raising any issues or technical queries with clients in a timely manner
- Train and develop junior staff, review their work and complete monthly reviews to ensure accuracy while helping them progress
- Liaise with other departments where appropriate to discuss any Tax/VAT/technical issues
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience delivering statutory accounts (or audit) services to large businesses with strong knowledge of FRS102
- Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills
- Experience managing a team including training and coaching juniors
