As our next Business Support Assistant, you thrive on organisation and have excellent attention to detail as well as being resilient and concise. With resilience and composure under pressure, you are a proven communicator with all people at all levels.
You will assist in providing essential support to ensure our business runs smoothly. Assisting the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the busy office environment responsibilities include engaging with facilities and supplier, providing support to Executive team members, organising travel and general administrative support.
The Key Requirements
- Experienced in Administration and Support roles ideally within a corporate environment.
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office packages.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm
Hybrid Working 3 days on site and 2 from home.
