The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Business Support Administrator to join our Corporate Learning team here at Arden University.
This is an exciting role to provide administration support to our apprenticeships business development and client services team. You will contribute to the growth of our degree apprenticeships offering, by contributing to the efficiency of our function within the following key areas:
- Due Diligence and Contracts Management (including preparing contracts for DocuSign and ensuring digital filing)
- Partner Administration and Management (oversee and manage the administration and finances of our 3rdy party partnerships and procurement frameworks)
- Supporting Sales and Employer Services Activities (provide outstanding support, assisting sales and employer client services teams in such a way that it allows them to free up time and pursue sales targets and employer service improvement objectives
- Data Entry and Data Cleansing
About You:
We would like to hear from applicants who have / are:
- Strong admin skills - including the MS office package and CRM systems
- Record and documentation production skills
- Very organised
- Analytical and reporting skills
