12 month FTC Business Support Administrator

Wimbledon

Up to £32,000pa

Full-time, 35 hours per week (5 days - 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch break). Some flexibility required due to the nature of the role.

Holiday: 25 days per annum excluding bank holidays (flexible option available)

Company Overview:

A fantastic opportunity to join a financial institution as a Business Support Administrator. The role involves supporting the efficient functioning of various aspects within the company.

Sounds interesting? Daily duties include:

  • Organize bi-monthly Business Development meetings.
  • Obtain and share action updates.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare action logs.
  • Circulate notes/actions and complete any arising actions.
  • Manage various business logs (anti-bribery/hospitality).
  • Organise Lunchtime Learnings.
  • Organise and maintain records of Team To Teams.
  • Manage internal acceptances/declines and dietary restrictions.
  • Coordinate in-house T2T arrangements.
  • Manage three breakfast seminars, including participant communication.
  • Handle seminar venue logistics, invoicing, and feedback.
  • Prepare, transport, and arrange marketing materials.
  • Proofread and format presentations and proposal documents.
  • Contribute to the development of templates and layouts.
  • Proofread and format various documents, ensuring company standards.
  • Assist in the conversion of templates.
  • Organise corporate hospitality events, including accommodation and travel support.
  • Manage invoicing and invitations.
  • Professionally answer phones, take clear messages, and follow through.
  • Act with clients in mind, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

  • High accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Individual initiative, self-sufficiency, and common sense.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Minimum of three years' previous experience in an administrative assistant, PA, or similar role.
