Experience required for this role:
• Proven Customer Services and administration experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, managing a busy inbox and working on a live chat and web platform whilst maintaining high levels of Customer Service
• Updating CRM system with customer details, notes and actions
• Working as part of a team
