The Client Services Team provides operational support for internal and external stakeholders relating to The Bank's Corporate clients. Working hours for this role are 8-5pm.

Description of role and key responsibilities

As part of Treasury & Trading Operations, the Client Service team is responsible for delivering an exemplary level of service to our clients. The team are the primary point of contact for all post-transactional matters and client enquiries.

Relationship Management:
•    Our differentiator in the market is our service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients is paramount.
•    Facilitate system demos to assist Clients to self-serve via our online Platform
•    Work closely with the Front Office Desks and other support functions to achieve a high level of Client interaction and service delivery.
•    Working with the Settlements Team to manage any payment issues and queries.

Process Management:
•    Ensure that systems are up to date and that leadership have access to up-to-date reports and MI.
•    To support any reporting required for governance meetings.
•    To accurately minute team meetings where required and assist with any follow up actions.
•    Management of all client Audit report requests
•    Liaison with clients for any non-receipt of funds / un-signed confirmations

Business Support:
•    Answering and dealing with incoming phone calls/emails 
•    Being highly responsive to inbound client requests, and proactive in providing an exemplary client service experience, solving any problems

Risk and Compliance Management:
•    To always act with integrity in keeping with TCF philosophy and comply with the Code of Business Ethics.
•    Apply a meticulous attention to detail in everything we do – ensuring that we offer a flawless client experience.
•    Ensuring a strong awareness of Operational Risk within the team and adherence to Operational Risk Reporting requirements.

•    Strong troubleshooting skills along with the ability to problem solve. 
•    Calm when dealing with stressful situations or complex queries.
•    Excellent computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Teams, and Outlook.
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Ability to learn new concepts and product knowledge.
•    Works well in a team environment.
•    Ability to create and maintain strong relationships and channels of communication with key interfaces.
•    Ability to assess, analyse and mitigate risk.
•    Ability to balance change and strive for continuous improvement.
•    Self-starter, energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as be a solid team player.
