A highly regarded, boutique asset management firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair are looking for a bright, driven Client Service & Marketing Assistant to join their close-knit and welcoming team. This investment firm is currently enjoying exciting growth, and has a real entrepreneurial spirit - you'll be part of a lovely and friendly culture where everyone in the 25 person team is super approachable.
The Marketing Assistant will be supporting the inspirational Head of Client Services and sales team of 5. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing needs of the firm as they launch a number of new products to their institutional investor clients this year.
Key Duties:
- Support Sales team in preparing materials for meetings and sales trips
- Preparation and production of marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, factsheets, etc.), portfolio reviews, reporting items and other custom client materials
- Communicate and liaise with various internal teams (e.g. investment team, marketing, legal, operations, compliance) in order to provide the necessary service
- Proactively respond to queries from internal or external clients
- Co-ordination of events – seminars, conference presentations
- Involvement in specific project work on ad-hoc basis
- General administration cover when required
Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Degree educated with firm knowledge of investments
- Excellent use of discretion, able to develop relationships with clients
- Quick thinker and “can-do” attitude, excellent time management skills
- Excellent MS Office skill including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
