SalaryExceptional opportunity for a bright, hard-working and driven Client Service & Marketing Assistant to join this successful boutique investment firm based in the heart of London's Mayfair.
Joining a close-knit and supportive Marketing & Sales team, this is a fantastic time to join as the company is going through an exciting period of growth and will be introducing new products to their clients and the market. As Marketing & Client Service Assistant you will be working in lock-step with the Head of Client Services and proactively supporting the sales team of 5 in producing an array of marketing materials, and specific sales and marketing project work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Sales team in preparing materials for meetings and sales trips, maintenance of CRM and coordinating RFPs finalisation
- Communicate and liaise with various internal teams (e.g. marketing, legal, operations, compliance) in order to provide the necessary service
- Proactively answer queries from internal or external clients in a timely and professional manner (either by phone or email)
- Co-ordination of events – seminars, conference presentations
- Preparation and production of marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, factsheets, etc.), portfolio reviews and other client materials
- General administration support and cover when required
- Involvement in specific project work on ad-hoc basis
- Ensure appropriate documentation is in place to reflect current best market practice and company policies
