About Our Client
The client is an award-winning investment manager who is looking to add a Client Service Assistant to their growing team.
Job Description
- Data Entry - Maintaining data within our systems as required.
- Client Onboarding and Trade Entry - Processing new client applications and inputting trades into our systems, including Encashments and Transfers, for our Inheritance Tax Services.
- AML & KYC - Performing initial and ongoing screening and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and Company policies.
- Cash management - Processing payments from clients into our systems to assist with bank reconciliations.
- Ad-hoc projects - Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Enquiry Management and Call Handling - handling inbound calls and emails from our clients, delivering industry leading Client Service quality to our stakeholders. Using our case management system, resolving client email enquiries according to SLAs.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will come from a Client Service Assistant or similar role, or be a graduate looking to begin their career in financial services.
