Description
- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Set invoices up for payment and track expenses.
- Enter and upload invoices into the system.
- Process expense reports.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable clerk should have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable principles.
- Competency in managing and maintaining accurate financial records.
