ABOUT THE ROLE
Woodley Equipment Company Ltd, a leading global medical equipment solutions provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator.
The position, reporting directly to the Business Support Lead, is well-suited for individuals with prior experience who are seeking to join an expanding business that provides both job stability and opportunities for professional growth. As a member of the small Business Support team within the corporate division, you will play a key role in delivering dedicated quality service and support across the Woodley Group. Success in this role demands the ability to efficiently and accurately manage a demanding and diverse workload. Candidates must possess strong organisational skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support for the following
∙ Fleet
∙ Quality Auditor
∙ Facility Management
∙ Health & Safety
∙ Veterinary Divisions
∙ HR
Document Management using internal quality management systems
Customer Service
Preparing customer quote, contracts and invoices
Internal Phone System, admin of the portal and day-to-day management
Assist with new projects such as implementation of new systems
Ad-Hoc Tasks such as ensuring Woodley documentation is updated as needed
Purchasing PPE/Uniform
Maintaining internal Databases
Produce routine and ad hoc reports
Assist with data cleansing when required
Have an understanding and support team members with pricing
EXEPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel
Able to converse easily with external and internal stakeholders
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
An eye for detail, and good numerical ability
Able to be flexible and readjust plans, able to prioritise work
Knowledge of Sage, although this is not essential as training will be given
Data Analysis, although this is not essential as training will be given
