About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Corserv Facilities, to come and work within our Commercial Property team providing exceptional customer service and high-quality Business Support to our clients and operations managers contributing to the continued growth and success of our Facilities Management business. If you enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment with lots of problem solving this role is for you.
Based within the Customer Services & Business Support team, the post holder will familiarise themselves with our daily operations and specific scope of the contracts. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner, determine the priority of faults based on the information provided. Working with our operatives and supply chain to attend to the work orders within the required SLA agreements.
The role responsibilities:
- Receive, determine the nature and priority & schedule all reactive and maintenance property faults.
- Liaising with our in house operatives to attend to orders within our SLA agreements.
- Process sub-contractor work orders.
- Obtain and process accurate quotations to our clients.
- Overseeing our supply chain
- Contract administration and support to Managers where required
- Support achievement of customer liaison, customer satisfaction and contract performance objectives, and the production of business KPI reports.
- Ownership of all tasks through to completion
- Promote and maintain Corserv Facilities culture throughout teams
The post holder will be welcomed into our team located at our offices; Chy Trevail, Bodmin.
About you
You will be a confident communicator, with proven customer service skills, as well as a strong administrator, able to demonstrate experience and familiarity of using database systems, spreadsheets, manual and computerised administrative processes.
You will have attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, solve problems logically, make appropriate and timely decisions. Strong organisational and communication skills, work systematically and use your own initiative. Able to work on more than one task at any given time is essential due to the evolving working daily environment.
