- Permanent office based role in Salford
- Salary £23,400 / Working hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (37.5 hrs p/w)

You will provide integral day to day support across the department, across various platforms - both to internal and external contacts. Attention to detail is key in this role, as well as confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Some of your duties will include:
- Processing customer samples requests and sample allocations.
- Maintenance of the internal database.
- Accurate updating of pricing and credits
- Preparation and control of the product recall procedure
- Processing and logging of all unavailable items and reporting to any relevant people
- Making any agreed changes to agreements and contracts as directed
- Running the daily updates to ensure reports are sent out each morning to the relevant teams
- Liaising with various internal and external contacts - both via email and telephone
