- Provide Business Support functions, back office and administrative tasks for the client
- Application and data tasks, data merge, entry and collation
- Booking arranging and servicing meetings and training, sending follow ups and invitations
- Email and database management, inbox management and acting as a first point of contact for the service
The candidate:
- Previous administrative/back office support experience required
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with data entry and minute taking
