Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Assistant based around Lincolnshire. These positions are contract roles working full time hours.
The job:

• Provide Business Support functions, back office and administrative tasks for the client
• Application and data tasks, data merge, entry and collation
• Booking arranging and servicing meetings and training, sending follow ups and invitations
• Email and database management, inbox management and acting as a first point of contact for the service

The candidate:

• Previous administrative/back office support experience required
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with data entry and minute taking
