Business Support Assistant (Hybrid)BellshillFrom £27,000 Join a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Support team with our esteemed client in Bellshill. We are actively seeking a proactive and polished individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of operations for our client's Business Support Team. We welcome driven individuals with experience in coordinating administration for multiple stakeholders who are eager to become experts in their field.Working Hours:Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday: 08:00 - 14:30What's On Offer: Defined contribution pension - employer contributions of 8/10% when the employee contributes 4/5% respectively Individual private healthcare 24 days annual leave (rising to a max. of 27 days according to service) + 10 public holidays and option to buy/sell up to an additional 5 days leave. Annual company bonus - max 10%, on-target 7%. Generous employee product allowance & significant discounts on other company products 8 x salary life assurance cover Annual pay review in April 2025Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced administrative support to Key Stakeholders, handling correspondence, reports, and confidential data with precision. Efficiently manage Key Stakeholders' schedules, coordinating meetings and optimising time usage. Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring meticulous planning. Take ownership of delivering exceptional meeting and event experiences for both the company and clients. Initiate and manage purchase orders and material requisitions. Expertly plan, schedule, and organise meetings, assisting with agenda preparation and follow-ups. Address queries and requests with discretion, ensuring timely execution and professional responses. Organise filing systems, databases, and document management, actively seeking improvements for efficiency.Who We're Looking For: Brings experience from a previous office support role Possesses excellent communication skills. Capable of efficiently organising and prioritising personal workload Demonstrates excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages.
